Well I must say the kimono 3 students helped design for the Obakana Kazoku Anime Manga Club is spectacular. The North Canton Library was asked by the Fashion Student Organization of Kent Stae University to decorate a kimono for the Midori Japanese Inspired Fashion Show being held at the Lions Lincoln Theatre in downtown Massillon on Saturday February 21st, doors open at 6:00pm. At the show kimonos from across stark county will be judged by everyone who comes. I thought it would be interesting to post some of the pics we took while putting the kimono together.
Li Gianfagna, Bree & Erin Sterling are the 3 young ladies who helped in the process. The girls did a terrific job, each bringing to the project their own special talents.

Moving the YA section to the upper level of the main floor was a great idea! Your award winning Kimono as an entry piece is a beautiful thing to see.
