Yeah! What a spectacular night. The North Canton Library teens won the Kimono Contest! 16 entries and we won for the High School age. Li, Bree & Erin all went to the stage to receive free tickets to the Kimono As Art Landscapes of Itchiku Kubota in downtown Canton. They also received memberships to the Massillon Art Museum, which will give our thriving artists a great discount to some terrific art classes.
The fashion show put together by the Kent State University Fashion Student Organization were colorful and lively. The music played during the show was compiled by our very own Ryan Kibby, and it sounded terrific. There was a large crowd which made it all worthwhile, the models were enthusiastic and the flow was great.
Even with the snow coming down many people walked from the Lincoln Theatre to the Massillon Museum for a very nice Reception.
All-in-all this was a fabulous experience and I'm so proud of the girls.
